Greg Lilleyman

Managing Director - Pilbara Mining Operations

Greg Lilleyman was appointed Managing Director - Pilbara Mining Operations for Rio Tinto Iron Ore in February 2008.

Greg joined Rio Tinto in 1990 and has held a number of operating roles, mostly in iron ore and new mine developments. Most recently Greg held the position of General Manager for East Pilbara Operations and Project Director for the Hope Downs Project.

Prior to this, he spent three years at the Iron Ore Company of Canada as General Manager, Mining and two years as General Manager, Robe Operations after the acquisition of North Ltd. 

Greg holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Construction) from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia.
